Unraveled Wednesday.

I spent today with little Sam … who in spite of that big smile you saw from Sunday’s breakfast was not well enough for school today. It was honestly hard to tell he was sick, except that he didn’t eat much and he took a great nap. Not gonna lie – I needed the break!

The knitting is that Heidi tank I shared last week (in a brand new-to-me yarn) and the book is #2 in the Longmire series. I finished listening on the drive home tonight (4-stars!) and might be purchasing #3 to keep me company for tomorrow’s drive.
So yes, tomorrow is a Thursday with Sam, and there might not be a post. But hopefully by the weekend, I’ll have at least a few fun things to share.
Happy Wednesday!

  1. Poor little Sam! How wonderful that his Grandma is nearby. 🙂 I love the color you've chosen for your new tank. It looks so easy-breezy and will be perfect for the beach. XO

  2. Ooo, I have not read or listened to the Longmire books! I might have to try one! I hope that sweet Sam is feeling better tomorrow, and perhaps if not, that you both can get a good nap in! XO

  3. Poor little guy, I hope he is feeling much better when you see him tomorrow. Love your start on your tank and such a pretty color, too!

  4. Sending good wishes to poor little Sam! So many people have had the flu in varying degrees and I hope Sam's isn't sick long and will soon be a smiling and happy little boy once again. Your top looks beautiful!

  5. Love the color for your new tank – that will be lovely. Hoping Sam is feeling better today…and that you get some rest time while watching him!!
