Looking back at January through the lens of my daily photos,
I’m struck by three things – crazy weather, a LOT of knitting! and a beautiful basket of amaryllis. The amaryllis is continuing its stunning show; here’s what it looked like Saturday … more buds and blooms!
And for maybe the first time ever, more coffee and tea than cocktails (one glass of wine on the 1st!) – and more photos of me and Holly than other people. Thank goodness I saw the boys on the 30th, or it would be just me and Holly! I’m pretty sure I can do a better job with both those things this month!
It was indeed a crazy weather month! It was the snowiest January since I have moved to Pittsburgh. But, your amaryllis win the month, imo! Just glorious!
Holly's bright pink coat just gets me every time!!! XO
Lots of color though – from your glorious Amaryllis (is that the one from White flower Farm?), Holly's pink coat, blue skies (not always, but there), colorful knitting. May have been a crazy weather month, but it still looks like it was a good one!
That amaryllis is amazing! So was your January, especially all that knitting.
Your amaryllis is so beautiful and I love the way you've clustered several together. Your month looks cozy and homey!
My amaryllis is just starting to show some promise – we’ll see
I love seeing your month in photos especially those little splashes of color! And yes, crazy weather — you have had more snow than we have had. I'm sure it's coming though. That amaryllis leaves me speechless! : )
All that glorious knitting! And the amaryllis…WOW!
I too was struck by your "three things" and so glad to see the littles…the amaryllis are indeed lovely. Thanks for sharing – they brighten the day!Cheers~
Yes, the crazy weather certainly tops my list for January.
