Cheers | 19 Crimes.

Have y’all heard about this wine? I discovered it at Costco last December. It’s $8.49 a bottle and remarkably drinkable. Everyone I’ve shared it with loves it … even more when I tell them how much it costs!

It wasn’t until I was well into the second case, though, that I read the story. …and a few bottles later that I discovered the corks.

My collection has been stalled for the last couple of weeks (in spite of buying a bottle at Sara’s TJ’s last weekend … I was sure Wisconsin would offer up a different crime, but nope, it was another #4.)

…until last night!

Truly, the only thing better than a good daily drinker, is one that makes opening each new bottle a game!

Cheers to Friday! Happy Weekend!

  1. I am so envious of wine at your TJ's and Costco – Pennsylvania has archaic laws that do not allow for that. I find it most silly, and frustrating. But, I will keep my eyes open at the Wine and Spirits store for this wine!

  2. That's a great wine! We discovered it several months ago. And there are other varieties besides Red Blend — more expensive (still quite reasonable), and SUPER good. Look for The Warden and The Banished!! (I love the design, too.)

  3. I love this wine – discovered it a year or more ago. Unfortunately, like Kat, I live in PA with its archaic laws. It is about $5 or so more expensive at our "State Stores!!" And, shoot, I had not looked at the corks (guess I was too anxious to get to the wine??). Now I'm going to have to buy more and start a collection.Have a great weekend!

  4. I'm in the same boat as Kat, but plan to look in the State stores to see if they carry it. Sounds like a good wine, but great fun to boot. Fingers crossed.

  5. Interesting! I think I've seen this wine at a Total Wine here in my area. I will have to give it a try — this weekend. : )

  6. Glad your collection is growing. I saw where out Costco had it last time I was there so it's on "the list" for the next trip. I did manage a glass of it before out theatre outing a few weeks ago. Nice that a local place has it on their wine list too.
